- Generating quotes from various sources like corporate houses, public sector companies, private companies, individuals, organizations, etc as per sale activity.
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
- Experience in the execution of the projects according to the erection drawings.
- Experience in steel structure & PEB accessories as well detailed installation
- Draft models, design stress tests and ensure system integrity.
- Formally present performance enhancements, potential production schedules and estimated budgets to superiors or clients in order to gain project approval.
- Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracings between frames (with consideration of erection sequence).
- Follow up with the customer after he receive the material at job site , and follow with him till the erection is complete.
- Monitor teams in order to investigate failures or setbacks, resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of design.
- Study customer inquiry & convey project requirements to estimation & project departments.
- Prepare customer offer including commercial & technical parts.
Required Skills:
- Relevant minimum 5 years' experience in the field of Steel Structure fabrication
- Knowledge of aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of metals and their properties
- Knowledge of how to use and care for their equipment
- Understanding of safety procedures
- Technical skills for drawing and interpreting plans
- Welding skills
- Construction Industry Self-motivated and able to meet monthly sales targets.
- Ability to bring new assembly steel fabrication projects.
