1. Plan, organize, manage and conduct the field acceptance test (FAT) of the supplied products according to customer test requirements.
2. Generate a formal test reports for FAT according to customer test template and manage customer to accept the product without any grievances.
3. Attend customer complaints on time and trouble shoot/repair the products on the filed/customer warehouse if required.
4. Prepare and generate trouble shoot/repair report and share to production/Quality/RD for corrective/preventive actions to improve the product quality
5. Collect customer feedback information’s on product quality or technical lacking and share the same to Sales/Product management team.
6. Inform customer/end user in advance about the visit plan/schedule for field review upon reception of complaints.
7. Read/Understand the technical specification/Product User manual/Installation manual of all the products of company to provide better and quality field service.
8. Provide necessary technical support for the field installation, Operation and maintenance team.
9. Deal and hospitalize the customer representative at field in gentle and polite manner, Discuss and explain the product features to customer in detail and with patience.
10. Being a bridge between the Quality department and customer to deliver by informing every field feedback and maintain the quality of every product going to be supplied.
