The Secretary to the General Manager provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. The role is responsible for managing the General Manager's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, and providing other administrative assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule, calendar, and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments.
  • Prepare and proofread various documents such as reports, presentations, letters, and emails on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for the General Manager's documents and correspondence.
  • Able to take minutes of the meeting
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and ensure the security of the General Manager's communications.
  • Provide backup support for the administrative team as needed.
  • Must be able to Write, Communicate in Arabic in English
