We are seeking an experienced Facility Systems Manager to oversee the planning, operation, and maintenance of six key infrastructure systems in a photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing plant. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, water treatment, automation, and facility operations, as well as proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing system performance to support stable, efficient, and compliant production environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility System Planning & Construction
Supervise the installation and commissioning of facility systems including electrical, water, HVAC, and automation infrastructure.
Ensure construction quality, project timelines, and technical standards are met.
Provide technical support during system design and implementation phases.
2. Facility Operation & Maintenance Management
Develop and implement operation and maintenance procedures and schedules for all facility systems.
Lead routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair activities to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Utilize intelligent management platforms for real-time monitoring, data analysis, and early fault detection.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
3. Safety & Compliance Management
Establish and enforce safety management protocols for all facility systems.
Conduct regular safety training, emergency drills, and risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with local regulations and environmental standards; identify and rectify safety hazards.
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Build and manage a high-performing facility management team; provide training and mentorship.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, EHS) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, authorities).
Key Technical Areas of Expertise
• Electrical Power System:
In-depth knowledge of PV plant electrical architecture, including PV arrays, inverters, transformers, and HV/LV switchgear.
Proficient in load calculation, relay protection configuration, system operations, and fault diagnostics.
• Water Supply & Drainage:
Expert in industrial plumbing design, installation, and maintenance.
Knowledge of circulating water systems used in PV cell cleaning processes.
Skilled in wastewater treatment operations, water quality monitoring, and ensuring environmental compliance.
• HVAC Systems:
Familiar with cleanroom HVAC requirements in PV manufacturing.
Solid grasp of cooling/heating principles, air handling systems, and humidity/temperature control.
Capable of system design, commissioning, and performance optimization.
• Automation & Control Systems:
Skilled in PLC and DCS-based automation applications for manufacturing and utility systems.
Capable of programming, configuring, and optimizing automated production and monitoring systems.
Experience implementing smart operations and remote monitoring solutions.
