Our client is a multinational medical devices and pharmacuetical company who manufactures innovative medicines and devices to serve the full life sysle of eye care needs.
They are looking to recruit a Saudi female graduate as a Medical Representative for their contact lense business unit. Ideally this lady should have a degree in pharmacy, medical devices, marketing or business. However what is important is that they have strong communication skills in English and Arabic and can build business relationships with customers. They should also have a strong work ethic. The Medical Representative is basically a marketing and sales role, implementing the marketing plans from Switzerland and Dubai. The Medical Representative will be responsible for the sales of contact lenses and lens care through the coaching of existing customers, the development of customers with potential and the acquisition of new customers. Delivering the company strategy at the point of sales in optical retail as well as ophthalmologists and pharmacies through active implementation of sales and marketing programs such as round table meetings, training days and international visits. We are looking for ladies who are able to travel around to meet customers. They should also be able to travel abroad for international meetings, however this is not frequent. The working hours are a split shift. The company has set up a beauty centre in Jeddah as a pilot project.
