Must be proficient in:
1- Aseptic cell/embryo culture techniques.
2- Sperm preparation from semen or extraction form testicular biopsy for insemination or ICSI procedures.
3- Human oocyte identification, isolation, fertilization by conventional in vitro fertilization and ICSI, detection of fertilized oocytes, the culture of fertilized oocytes from day 1 up to day seven.
4- Embryo biopsy, assisted hatching, the grading and selection of embryos for embryo transfer, aspects of embryo transfer relevant to laboratory personnel.
5- Embryo cryopreservation and thawing techniques and management of cryopreserved embryos.
6- Managing laboratory records and managing the resources of the laboratory.
7- Supervision of ART Laboratory staff

- SCHS registration as a IVF Laboratory Consultant
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
