Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and archiving relevant documents and data of government departments, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of information.
  • Assist department supervisors in organizing, categorizing, and archiving documents and data to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
  • Handle the copying, scanning, and distribution of government department documents, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of documents.
  • Participate in organizing and recording meetings related to government department documents, assisting in drafting meeting minutes and reports.
  • Assist department supervisors in handling daily affairs and special projects related to government department documents, ensuring the smooth completion of work tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to relevant majors.
  • Relevant work experience in handling government department documents and data, familiar with government document processing procedures and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Proficient in office software and document management tools, able to independently complete daily work tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and work initiative, able to handle pressure and urgent situations.
