IT Director is responsible for managing the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. They will oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The IT Director will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify and address technology needs.

- Develop and manage the IT budget, including tracking and reporting on expenditures.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Work with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
