We are seeking an Investment Associate to strengthen our investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, fund management, and regulatory compliance under CMA frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market analyses.
- Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and CMA filing documents.
- Coordinate due diligence with valuers, legal advisors, and consultants.
- Monitor fund performance, tenancy, and asset-level cash flows.
- Assist in investor relations, including reporting and capital account statements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid CMA certifications: CME-1 and CME-4 (must be current).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–5 years’ experience in real estate investment.
- Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Saudi capital markets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
