• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Communicating with Consultants & End-Users to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Translating quotations & proposals into favorable purchase orders.
  • Liaise with OEMs to ensure product competitiveness, prescription, and certification.
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to delivery, Invoicing, and collection.
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Track and Analyze Market Dynamics, reporting Product enhancement aspects.
  • Represent Company in Local and Regional Exhibitions.
  • Furnish Monthly reports reflecting Sales Plan achievements based on key quantitative metrics.

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years previous Sales and Business Development experience in a similar post.
  • Excellent command of English both written & spoken with preference to Arabic speakers.
  • Holder of a Business or Engineering degree.
  • Hold a proven record of professional sales attitude, possessing sharp negotiation and networking skills. Ability to initiate and close projects.
  • Good research and self-learning ability, with excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Well networked with Security System Integrators in the region.
  • Residing in UAE with a valid driving license
