We are seeking, on behalf of our client, an Operations and Branch manager to be based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing the day to day operations of a Cargo & Logistics company or branch of a company. The candidate must have experience in the following;
Manage and Measure branch profit and loss against agreed goals.
Create and Manage budgets.
Develop and lead the Sales and Operations Planning process in compliance with laws and regulations of the country.
Warehouse security and safety management.
Fleet and vehicle management and maintenance.
Personnel development and team management.
Sales operations including; customer quotations, client communication, rates negotiation, competition rate awareness, managing sales costs.
Creating a culture and opportunities for teamwork within the operation.
Developing and implementing general policies, procedures, guidelines and standards to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with the company strategy, industry and legal regulations and financial reporting/audit requirements.
