We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, regulatory compliance, and public affairs for a leading media organization in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience with Saudi media regulations and authorities, including:
- Ministry of Media (MoM) – licensing and approvals
- General Authority for Media Regulation (GCAM) – audiovisual and written media compliance
- Ministry of Commerce
- Fluency in English and the ability to work with Chinese and international teams is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle government correspondence and approvals
- Ensure compliance with media and labor regulations
- Liaise with relevant ministries and authorities
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media laws and policies
- Collaborate effectively with international and Chinese teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Saudi national, based in Riyadh
- Proven PRO experience in media or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of Saudi media laws and licensing processes
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with Chinese and international teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
