This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow ITSM Architect located in Riyadh. As a Servicenow ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using the Servicenow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior team members, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Servicenow ITSM Architect or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of Servicenow platform and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing Servicenow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications in Servicenow, ITIL, or related fields.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
