This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow ITSM Architect located in Riyadh. As a Servicenow ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using the Servicenow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior team members, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Servicenow ITSM Architect or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Servicenow platform and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing Servicenow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications in Servicenow, ITIL, or related fields.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
