• Should do the Field service, commissioning & start-up (SAT) of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries for Custody Transfer Metering Skid, Provers & Flow Metering Control Panels.
• Should do the maintenance & troubleshooting of Oil & Gas Custody Transfer Metering Skid, Provers & Flow Metering Control Panels.
• Should generate the sales/business related to the services jobs, based on the creating customer relationship.
• Fully conversant with OMNI flow computers configuration & troubleshooting.
• Should co-ordinate with the manufacturer for Conceptual design of basic engineering document (Design Basis, P&ID, System Architecture etc). for Oil & Gas Custody Transfer Metering Systems, Provers.
• Should read and understand the data sheets for flow meters, instruments, analyzers, control valves, transmitters, manifolds, Densitometers, Junction box, MOV, Sampling system, Flow computers, etc. from the customer
• Should be capable to read and understand the construction related documents like wiring drawings, panel layouts, hook up drawings, grounding drawings, CBD, SBD, Power distribution drawing, Junction box layout etc.
• Should co-ordinate with the manufacturer for the preparation of different E&I documents like E&I Skid BOM, E&I Panel BOM, Instrument Schedule, Cable schedule, Utility schedule, FAT procedures, SAT procedures, O&M manual, Hazardous area schedule etc.
• Should understand the customers’ requirements and problems and should possess the best solution to them.
• Should Commission, Calibrate, Service & Validate Coriolis Meters, Turbine Meters, PD Meters, Orifice Meter, Ultrasonic meters etc.,
• Should possess the metering standard on each metering skid request.
• Warranty Support and Maintenance contract support of the Instruments and Systems should be taken care.
• Fluent in oral and written English and preferably in another language useful to the region covered.
• Good knowledge of PC application programs
• Should understand the technical aspect and terminology used in this business.
• Should start working on Oil & Gas metering projects.
• Should effectively communicate with EPM and with Customers.
• Essential for normal day-to-day work.
• For effective internal interaction and building of positive customer relationship.
• Should be willing to travel around the Kingdom and outside the kingdom for any service requirements.
• Should be driving around to the nearby places for service requirements.
