- Our client, a facilities management company requires a Maintenance Planner to join on a large commercial facility project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Maintenance Planners two primary duties is to ensure ‘right-first-time’ job performance so that equipment reliability is maximised, while seeking maximum ‘tool time’ from maintenance technicians.
- This is achieved by the Planner removing uncertainty and risk when technicians perform their maintenance tasks.
- The purpose of this duty is to know what must be done in maintenance planning and scheduling, and how well it must be done, for the process to operate at a high level of performance of reliability and repeatability.
- The Planner position requires hands on maintenance experience and will be utilised when needed. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
- Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical or electrical with a minimum of 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years using CMMS system such as SAP or maximo.
- You will have experience with asset management and reliability.

- You will work 48 hours per week over 6 days with 30 days annual leave and 1 annual leave flight provided.
