- Our client, a leading healthcare institution based in Madina, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead a team of 11 staff, under the supervision of the HRVP.
- You will coordinate and lead projects related to, and in support of, the administrative, fiscal, and strategic activities of the Human Resources department.
- You will have accountability for the management of discrete, specified programs and projects; designing, implementing and evaluating systems to enhance operations and assisting with the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for the direction and oversight of an infrastructure that supports the departmental and organisational operations of the organisation and will provide analytical and project management support at the department level and across disciplines and departments that interface with Human Resources.
- You will be responsible for compliance with all regulatory bodies, strategic planning (workforce planning, organisational design, HR metrics, and HR policies and procedures), and will manage the HR budget in conjunction with the HRVP.
- Applicants must have a Bachelors degree and be professionally qualified (CIPD / SHRM) with at least 5 years experience in HRMS and staff management.
