Mystery Shopping Job Duties:
Imitating as actual customers would be the first duty of a mystery shopper.
Visiting the pre-assigned store and evaluating the service/product level in the store
Asking staff questions relating to product knowledge
Purchasing a specific product or type of product when required
Writing a report to be submitted within 24hours following the visit (e-submission based -online survey)
Visits can be done after working hours or on the weekends. (On candidate's free time).
As a mystery shopper, you must have:
Good communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years old
Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills
Comfortable in writing a simple report
No past experience required as long as you can speak and mutually exchange information, you can be a mystery shopper
