Imagine being paid to shop at your favorite stores, or to enjoy a dining experience with your family or friends. Sounds too good to be true? Join GWR's Mystery Shopper program, and it could be a reality!
All you have to do is to spend some time in GWR clients' stores, cafés and restaurants and give your opinion on the services. We will be providing you with a detailed scenario and a list of questions that you have to abide by and fill; The working hours are flexible with endless opportunities.
We are constantly looking for people to be part of our Mystery Shopper team in Al Ain- UAE; people who can tell us about their shopping experience to improve the customer service by visiting stores and recording their experiences.
Everyone is welcome to apply. So whether you are a university student, a young graduate, or just looking for a new experience, we are always looking for bright and enthusiastic and proficient in English individuals to join our team.
No specific educational background or previous experience is necessary: we provide detailed orientation and mentoring to all of our Mystery Shoppers. So if you have a passion for Restaurants, retail and want to take part in an exciting shopping experience, we want to hear from you.
Job Type: Freelance job, NOT a full-time job
Requirements:
-Individuals who love shopping
-Excellent English; writing and communication
-Attention to detail
- Commitment to schedule/ Commitment to writing the report at the required time
-Writing accurate reports
-Objectivity
Payment is based on the shopper fee and reimbursement;
Mystery Shopping visits with No purchase: fees per report vary between 50 and 150 UAE per visit depending on the visit type (phone calls, walk-in visit, etc.)
Mystery shopping with purchase visits: we cover the product fee/ food cost up to a pre-agreed amount that varies between different assignments.
