Assisting in and following on deliveries and helping in communication between sales and operations department. Dealing with customers directly as well in terms of order follow up. Developing sales orders on the system, this is very important.
- Should be able to handle long working hours
- Responding to customer complaints and improving upon them
- Following up on orders
- Should have excellent knowledge of ERP system especially with "FOCUS ERP".
- Should be multitasking
- Has an excellent command of English language
- Should be able to grasp product knowledge
