• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about Gulf Academy of Safety’s educational programs.
  • Counsel potential clients about various safety courses, training, and certifications available.
  • Answer inquiries regarding the Academy’s offerings, course structures, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and provide personalized educational guidance.
  • Promote the Academy’s courses and encourage enrollments through persuasive and clear communication.
  • Follow up with leads, ensure they are progressing through the enrollment process, and help them with any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve strategies for outreach and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Academy’s new courses, programs, and policies to provide the most relevant and accurate information to potential students.
