Key responsibilities:
- To perform nail therapies in accordance to the Salon’s nail services SOP’s
- Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session
- To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals
- To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis
- To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support
- To attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally
- Taking proper care of the tools and equipment
- Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products
- To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality
- Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.
- To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services
