Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company with a global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and target new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on sales and marketing activities and results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in engineered stone/ceramic/natural stone/tiles & floorings.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
