· Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and redirect them when necessary
· Check frequently the levels of office supplies, place appropriate orders, handle invoices and delivery reports.
· May occasionally translate internal correspondence
· File and maintain the contact information of employees, clients, suppliers and external partners..
· Managing Timesheet and Calendar systems
