The General Manager position involves a variety of different activities in every area of the restaurant operation.
The GM is responsible for the management of the authentic southern Brazilian cultural and dining experience provided by the team of server/ churrasqueiros, servers, customer service, hosts, cashiers, bussers, office assistant, kitchen staff and dishwashers.
Duties include supervision of the Assistant General Manager (AGM), kitchen, dining room, bar and office, personnel as well as administrative responsibilities.
GM will have an active role in providing an outstanding customer experience, building the team with the very best people, serving a high quality consistent product, ensuring sound financial results, and upholding brand standards.
