Below are the skills required.
The responsibilities to include:
• Assist in all End user management activities that cover the service desk, field support, software, asset and access management
• Manage day to day service operations, deliver components for end users’ hardware and software
• Assists in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of equipment and systems....
• End user support specialist must diagnose computer hardware, network systems and computer software programs accurately and quickly.
• Ensure service operations against stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements
• Ensure the customer experience is maintained for service delivery through field support and service desk
• Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of end users equipment and maintain the required capacity needs
• Respond to all requirements and escalations for end user support
