- Heading the Accounts and Finance Department of ABL
- Preparation of Budgets, monthly and quarterly reports, variance analysis;
- Liaise with Jubail office and resolve all accounting/finance issues on a daily basis;
- Ensure proper internal controls and procedures in respect of accounting and finance matters for ABL;
- Oversee the performance of Accounts/Admin staff in the ABL;
- Ensure appropriate documentation for Accounting and finance matters;
- Timely renewal of insurance policies. All policies must be reviewed by FC in line of ABL requirement.
- Ensuring payroll generation on time and oversee/monitor vacation settlements on due/approve dates.
- Organize yearly audit with external audit firm and preparation of Zakat schedule as per DZIT requirement for the renewal of Zakat certificates.
- Act as the point of contact for External Auditors;
- Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations as per Kingdom laws.
- Maintain smooth relationship with ABL Clients, Banks, Insurance companies, Audit firms;
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate records and physical count of Fixed Assets and Inventory.
- Ensure accounting software runs smoothly and upgrade whenever required.
- Assist/review ABL Sales Contract with ABL Clientele and make sure their invoices are raised accordingly.
- Debtors management and ensure timely collection. All disputed long outstanding pending amount must be handled by FC directly.
- Interact with BM for timely submission of Branch report, stock report, overtime summary, sales summary and custom clearance pending record.
