(Confidential) is a leading curator of luxury ready to wear and accessories with a portfolio consisting of 60 boutiques in the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Bahrain and Egypt). We are stepping into the digital landscape and have ambitions of launching our first ever eCommerce endeavor by March 2018 based out of Dubai.



The eCommerce Fulfilment & Inventory Manager will be responsible for warehousing, fulfillment & 3PL simultaneously liaising with customer service to ensure a stellar last mile delivery experience. Over time, your role may include packaging, managing an internal fleet as well as international expansion. This role requires both entrepreneurial execution and strategic planning. Equally vital will be the ability to collaborate work across  departments, including ecommerce, operations, IT, Finance, Customer Service and others.

Leadership – Implement the overall ecommerce supply chain strategy (service levels, inventory, transportation, etc.).  Identify gaps (current or future) in our DTC operations capabilities, and propose and execute solutions to address them.  Actively contribute to the overall leadership of the DTC business.


Execution – Ensure execution of daily processes with maniacal attention to detail.  Manage inventory, troubleshoot problem items, and track orders to 100% accuracy.  Monitor performance on DTC channels and customer service to rapidly detect and address any problems or opportunities.


Inventory and planning – Establish a robust planning and inventory management process to avoid unnecessary over or under-stocking.  Ensure product coverage at all times including key selling seasons and promotional events. Work closely with ecommerce, finance, IT, customer service and operations teams to ensure planning, scheduling and logistics processes are as efficient and scalable as possible.


Suppliers and partners – Mange the relationship with key fulfillment partners and other suppliers. Monitor and control suppliers to confirm services meet agreed levels and to ensure we are getting best value (cost, quality, service and alignment).  Evaluate, negotiate and execute agreements with new suppliers, ensuring consistency with KIND’s and DTC’s standards and needs


Consumer Service - Partner with customer experience team to understand consumer problems/needs and to drive initiative to retain, upsell, and improve overall consumer experience


Reporting and continuous improvement – Design, generate and analyze regular reports and KPIs to manage and improve operations and the overall DTC business. Ensure we generate accurate, timely and valuable data to inform business decision making. Drive initiatives to improve DTC operations.


Project management – Given our entrepreneurial ambitions and the nature of the role, project management and troubleshooting will be important elements of this role


People management – Manage one direct report and over time build a team




  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in fulfillment or eCommerce business operations

  • Experience creating process flows, procedural documentation & reporting for KPI measurement

  • Expert in extensive use of Excel spreadsheets & Word & experience in eCommerce platforms and OMS is a plus
