Saudi Nationality, Bachelor's degree or higher, graduated from USA, UK or Australia
- Overall supervision of daily operation of accounts payable and general ledger accounts prepared by Jr. Accountants and review all transactions prior to chief accountant does the posting & monthly closure.
- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled.
- Complete In charge for Accounts Payable section related to SAHER Projects (Traffic Violations) & MOFA Project (Umra & Visit Visa) makes sure that all Local & Foreign Suppliers balances are reconciled & payments are done on time.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for Violations registered (SAHER) & Visa Issued (MOFA) with collection received and report variances.
- Coordinate with the bank in all banking transactions and resolve various issues with bank such as cleared check differences, bank fee anomaly and other discrepancies.
- Review & Assist in monthly Payroll transactions, Gosi and other employee related payments for 500 +/- employees.
- Review all Vacation & Final settlements, Personal loans requests & process payment.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors to perform regular audits by providing all the needed financial records, data and information to ensure accuracy of reports.
- Maintain and track fixed asset inventory control records.
- Process material requests & Purchase order based on Budget availability.
- Maintain & update monthly Accruals, Fixed-assets, Prepaid, Revenue Recognition & Variance analysis.
- Supervising, supporting and assisting junior accounting staff in the development of their professional skills.
- Assisting in preparation Financial Statement, Trial Balance, Cash flow Forecast & Actual, Month end closing, Yearend closing & Annual audit reports.
- Reporting directly to Chief Accountant & Finance Manager as per requirement.
