We are seeking a receptionist/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers while also executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Conducting client intake, and managing client communication.
Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and drive traffic.
Coordinating marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Preparing reports on marketing and sales activities.
Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing and front desk (receptionist).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
