Degree / Experience
· Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role

· Watch and asses all HR process related to the department. Flag inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement to the Head of HR & admin

Policies, Objectives & KPI’s
· Maintain and update personnel records for staff (paper and electronic)
· Maintain employees’ leave record up to date (including maternity and sickness)
· Responsible for updating and amending changes to personal employee details
· Responsible for the On-boarding of new joiners (including organization of pre-assignment trips and relocation trip)
· Manages Employee Self Service System
· Responsible for employee benefit administration
· Keep filing up to date
· Provide response to general HR enquiries verbal or written (including letters).
· Assist the Head of HR & Administration with research and other projects as required
· Responsible for the arrangements of organisational training.
· Book all training courses for employees.
· Record all training completed by employees in the HR Database
· Prepares documents needed to add new employees to the payroll and to enroll them in appropriate medical insurance plans

· Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up on administrative details within and across divisions.

· Administering the payroll on a monthly basis in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits Manager,

Implementation
· Implementation and review of the On-boarding process

· Implementation and update of all payroll related issues in CoreBiz system
· Implement all changes in staff in the different corporate tools
Monitor & Report
· Preparation and submission of Management report on a quarterly basis
· Prepare social reporting with the required time line and quality, assist the reporters from all companies in META region in coordination with corporate HR reporting
Audit & Control
· Support Head of HR in preparing for audits activities
