Your Role:
As a Commercial Director & Senior Learning Consultant based in Saudi Arabia, you will be the driving force behind EMFT\'s expansion in the region. This role is not just about business development; it\'s about understanding the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and developing bespoke training solutions that bridge gaps and foster growth.
Your Impact:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and comprehensive business strategies to expand EMFT\'s business in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage and grow the existing portfolio of strategic client accounts while creating new business through existing and new clients.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
- Utilize your deep understanding of the Saudi market to not only meet but exceed sales targets through strategic business development and exceptional client service.
- Proactively strategize and conduct comprehensive TNAs to identify client needs, and craft proposals that speak directly to those needs, ensuring the utmost client satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of our innovative Digital and E-Learning solutions among both new and existing clients.
- Comply with government rules and regulations, maintaining accurate records of all activities.
- Maintain effective working relationships with government and relevant entities to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
- Collaborate with the global team to share best practices and support overall company growth.
- Manage the entire learning cycle from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- A proven track record in business development and learning consultancy within Saudi Arabia, with a robust network and deep understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Extensive experience in developing and selling customized training solutions, with the ability to conduct TNAs and tailor proposals to client needs.
- An unwavering commitment to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic) and the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
