الوصف الوظيفي

  • Prepare the monthly training calendar/ report and write the Training Manager/ Coordinators meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Assist Regional Training Manager in analyzing, updating and prioritizing training needs in the Hotel.
  • Assist Training manger in producing 6 monthly departmental training plans.
  • Carry out monthly reviews with each department and preparing quarterly reviews.
  • Attend all Health and Safety/ Environmental/ Staff Consultative Meetings.
  • Administer and conduct the Hotel orientation modules to the Company and Hotel standards.
  • Prepare all certificates for presentation at appropriate staff gatherings.
  • Carry out 6-week interviews with new starters.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in monitoring on-job training by observing departmental training and carrying out spot checks with employees.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in administering, conducting and reviewing off-job training, including booking external programmes when necessary.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation and plans for work placement students/ summer trainees/ external cross training.
  • Establish and maintain all staff training records.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in developing and implementing training and development programmes.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in establishing and maintaining effective employee relations.
  • As a team player, the training coordinator will also carry out any other reasonable requests and activities ensuring we exceed the expectations of our guests and the successful running of the department and Hotel.
  • As a member of the team the Training coordinator will continually strive to deliver the highest quality of service to the customers whilst adhering to all legal rules, regulations and guidelines of the Hotel
