1. To take guest orders over the phone, courteously and helpfully, by advising the guest about menu items, daily specials, etc., where appropriate and to advise the guests of the expected delivery time.
2. To process complimentary orders as advised by the Front Office.
3. To advise the Room Service Manager of any problems relating to the guests or their orders.
