The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all members, clients, and visitors at gym. This role is critical in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with check-ins and bookings.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, maintain records, and handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Facility Coordination: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Membership Management: Assist with member sign-ups, renewals, and addressing concerns or feedback.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and communicate any client or facility issues.
