We are looking to hire a competent applicants as a Data Entry Clerk to perform in our accounts section.
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Typing in data provided directly from customers
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Planning and distribution of relevant information
- Handling online company accounts
- Market research and development
- Provide daily administrative support
- Maintain company database
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondences, memos, faxes and forms.
- Proven experience in data entry/admin work
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Basic Understanding with Social Media
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Bachelor's Graduate
