Amwaj Al Khair Trading & Contracting Co. is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to handover. The candidate must have solid expertise in villa and residential building construction with strong knowledge of MEP systems. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Manage client communications and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Saudi building codes.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management (in Saudi Arabia).
Strong experience in villa and residential building projects.
Knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic (speaking and understanding is mandatory).
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Valid Saudi driving license.
