In 1977, our founder Sheikh. Moeid S. Alotaibi, established Awab General Trading & Contracting Establishment specializing in construction. projects include: the city of Ha'il and Unaizah Sewage and Storm Water Disposal System, which was completed in 1988 through a joint venture with Korean SsangYong E&C.

Awab is a private real estate developer that owns and operates over 25 resedintial projects with a strong and diversified asset base. The company also owns a diversified stock portfolio managed by professionals.

In 2010 the decision was made regarding succession planning and management strategies, which lead to establishing Awab Holdings as a family company owned by the second generation.

With a mixture of young entrepreneurs and a seasoned business sense, the company hopes to grow in many fields, while upholding family values.
