The Arabian Fal Group began with the vision of Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al-Sayed which evolved over the years from 5 employees in 1977 to more than 4000 highly skilled and qualified employees in 2007.

There have been a number of reasons for such a scorching pace of growth in the past decades.

The company has a scalable business model based on the success of the much acclaimed delivery model perfected ISO-9001-2000, a visionary management that is able to foresee trends for the future and a skilled and dedicated work force. Over the years, the company has steadily climbed the value chain, going into value services like Maintenance of Tanks, Construction, Services etc., which has resulted in a higher proportion of work onsite. In the past years, the company always showed sustained appreciation. However, despite these factors, it has managed to ramp up business to such an extent that an increase in sheer volume of work has more than compensated for the negative impact.

Going forward, Arabian Fal Group is expected to continue on a high-growth path. As the company moves up the value chain, and a greater proportion of work after gaining competencies in higher-end services, Employee ramp up is expected to continue at a high rate to maintain a strong growth.

This will result in concerns on the employee cost front, especially given the fact that as a greater number of personnel are deputed onsite, the company has enabled successful implementation of high-end tasks.
