المسؤوليات:
1- اصدار فواتير بيع للعملاء بعد مراجعة أذون الشحن على النظام ال AX والتأكد من توافقها مع امر البيع.
2-التأكد من تسليم البضاعة للعملاء وذلك بمتابعة الموزعين لإستلام نسخة الفاتورة الخاصة بالحسابات وبعد توقيع العميل عليها بما يفيد استلام البضاعة واستلام اصل الفاتورة.
3- استلام المتحصلات النقدية من مندوبي المبيعات وإعطائهم سندات قبض من الفرع بما يفيد ذلك وايداع كافة المتحصلات النقدية من العملاء بالحسابات البنكية للشركة.
4- مراقبة سندات قبض مندوبي المبيعات والتأكد من تتابع تسلسلها.
5-إمساك عهد مصروفات الفرع والمقررة وفق السياسة المالية في هذا الخصوص.
6- مطابقة حسابات العملاء.
7-الجرد الشهري لبعض الاصناف.
8- تسوية العهد حسب السياسة المعتمدة.
