The candidate must have diploma in telecom or equivalent. The candidate must have atleast 3 years experience as Site Supervisor or Foreman in Fiber deployment projects. He should be familiar with Civil and Fiber work standards and specifications. The Candidate must be able to read and understand the Civil and Fiber designs. The candidate should have capability to guide, handle civil & fiber teams and resolve on site issues. The candidate's communications skills should be excellent and should be result oriented.
