The Salad Chef is mainly responsible for preparing variety of salads, new creations and ensure freshness of salads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads which are to be served according to specification and timing.
- Order all produce used in salad production and ensure cleanliness and freshness of ingredients.
- Prepare and create salads, sauces and dippings
- Perform duties with sense of ownership with good knowledge of quantity of food production. Use proper portioning, measuring and/or weighing ingredients.
- Use appropriate utensils such as knife, mixer, food chopper, blender, ovens and all measuring kitchen equipment. Ensure highest quality of salad production. Duties as per assigned from time to time
