What to expect at your first HR interview

When it comes to recruiting new staff members and managing company personnel, the HR department carries a very crucial role in an enterprise. The responsibilities of the HR department are immense, and include hiring suitable candidates, providing them with adequate training, motivating employees, and supporting productive team members with benefits. Because of its direct relationship with improving morale within the workforce, most organizations give a considerable amount of importance to human resources in order to achieve smoother operations.

As a natural part of their duties, human resource executives will be responsible for asking a couple of standard questions from every prospective employee before hiring them. These questions are fairly easy, and are meant to judge an individual’s personality to see whether they would be compatible with the organization in the future. While the questions themselves are not too difficult, special care must be taken in answering them, as they can be the deciding factor for securing your new job.

The following are some of the questions HR will likely be using to gauge your personality:

  11. If someone is in the wrong, then how would you guide them?

  13. Do you involve yourself in social work? If yes, then what do you look forward to achieving from it?
  14. What is your preferred mode of working – individually or as part of a team?
  15. How would you describe yourself as a good leader?
  16. How quick are you with making decisions?
  17. How often do you place your trust in others?
  18. How do you compete with your competitors?
  19. Do you possess a friendly demeanour?
  20. What do you do when you are upset?
  21. How do you spend your spare time?
  22. Name some of the things that disturb you.
  23. Which things keep you happy and satisfied?
  24. How do you judge a person?
  25. What are your strengths/weaknesses?
  26. What motivated you to leave your current/previous job?
  27. Can you tell us about your previous work responsibilities?

    As per above questions,being a responsible i will do every act which will be in favor of the company/organization,about work there must not be any concession for anyone,about my work ,i have been working in saudi arabia as Draftsman sin 3 years,i dpn’t have any idea for expected salary if i have a chance to be a part of Saudi Aramco,company standered is actually meaningful for me,its more worthy than any expectation,
