Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Business Growth Associate to drive adoption of our cutting-edge, AI-powered SaaS platform. This dual-impact platform empowers businesses to accelerate lead generation and business development, while helping individuals fast-track their career growth. In this role, you will be responsible for selling platform subscriptions to both B2B (businesses) and B2C (individual) segments. If you are a hungry sales professional who thrives on hitting targets, unlocking high incentives, and leveraging AI technology to transform businesses and careers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close subscription sales for our AI SaaS platform across business and individual segments.
- Lead Generation: Utilize the platform’s internal tools and external channels to identify high-potential leads.
- Business Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients looking to scale their operations.
- B2C Consulting: Guide individual professionals on how to leverage the platform to achieve their career growth goals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional product demonstrations to showcase the ROI of our AI features.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales (SaaS or Tech sales experience is a strong plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating software platforms and explaining AI concepts to non-technical users.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
