Customer development:

  • Contact potential customers by phone, introduce the company's products and services to customers, and explore sales opportunities;
  • Actively find and develop new customer resources and expand the customer base.

Customer follow-up:

  • Follow up customer needs, solve customer problems, and provide customers with professional product suggestions;
  • Maintain customers, improve customer relationship satisfaction, and strive for long-term cooperation opportunities.

Sales tasks:

  • Complete daily and monthly sales tasks according to the sales targets set by the company;
  • Promote customers to place orders and ensure the completion of sales orders.

Information records:

  • Update and maintain customer information in a timely manner, record customer communication and sales progress;
  • Use the company's CRM system to manage customer files and ensure data accuracy.

Feedback and reporting:

  • Collect customer feedback on products and services, and promptly feedback market trends and needs to the company;
  • Regularly report work to the manager and make sales improvement suggestions.
