IT Networking Expertise:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of IT networking, including proficiency in handling tasks independently at client locations.
- Execute IT networking responsibilities, such as the installation of Access Control devices, Swing Gates, and Switch and Router installations, including LAN cabling.
- Collaborate with device company support to address configuration challenges and ensure seamless integration.
Sales Support:
- Develop a profound understanding of Cordis Technology's software solutions.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the features and benefits of our software to potential customers during sales engagements.
Project Coordination:
- Actively contribute to project coordination, collaborating with the IT teams in both Bangalore and Saudi Arabia.
- Facilitate communication in English when clients speak Arabic, ensuring effective project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements Analysis:
- Engage with clients to comprehend their software requirements thoroughly.
- Translate client needs into clear instructions for the software development team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT networking roles, with a focus on installations and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Access Control devices, Swing Gates, and LAN infrastructure.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Project coordination experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Low Code Platforms and Business Automation Software is advantageous.
