الوصف الوظيفي

  • Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as per the company target policy.
  • Putting plans on how to achieve sales targets by customer by category group based on channel share of overall sales target.
  • Preparing coverage plan to reach 100% of customer and achieving distribution target by customer/outlet class.  In addition, plan should include number of employees, daily & monthly routes.
  • 100% implementation of signed contracts with Modern-Trade customers regarding physical spaces, display areas, deductions (rebates, commission, rentals).
  • Taking a leading role in contract preparation with all the needed data analysis and proposals to improve contract profitability and achieve better optimization.
  • Must work and collaborate with all relevant internal departments in order to develop the channel’s programs and increase sales.
  • Improving customer consumption overall , and categories growth for the established brand along with the new brands within the assigned region.
  • Setting KPIs for performance Appraisal
  • Communicate organization’s OGSM to staff regularly
  • Setting development plans for team & execute them
  • Manage, investigate and review accidents/incidents
  • Align team’s effort with company’s projects  
  • Establishes sales objectives & strategies by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Analyses sales estimates, develops annual forecasts, and recommends goals to senior sales management.


7-10 years’ of experience in the sales of fast moving consumer good (FMCG) plus minimum of 3 years managing Panda business with one of the top companies in KSA.

  • Should possess good market knowledge in the fast moving consumer good and its trends, competitor’s activities and happenings in the trade.
  • Have thorough knowledge about sales & marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of food distribution strategies, methodologies and Saudi market background.


  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or similar field will be an advantage.
