- Linux administrator specialist in redhat, centos, and ubuntu
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge in:
- Server Redundancy
- Cloud using VMware ESXi
- Clustering
- High availability
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the PCC host computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.
- Applies revisions to host system firmware and software. Works with vendors to assist support activities.
- Linux administration
- Database administration (MySQL & Mongo) , backup , repairer, etc
- ESXI VMware administration
- Cloud administration
- Configure & administrate High availability for server
- HW & SW firewall administration and manage the security rolls
- Server health checkup
- Backup and disaster recovery planning
- Implementing operating system patches for known vulnerabilities promptly.
- Install and configure live monitoring tools.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related,
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience.
