A Property Sales Advisor in the real estate development sector is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The advisor's role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating between parties to finalize deals.

Must have:

  • Citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language

Required Work Experience:

1 year of experience in B2C Sales in Real Estate industry

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable in Sales or Marketing or related

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options
  • Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.
  • Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement
  • Inflight the customer of the financing options
  • Negotiate price for exceptional scenarios along with senior management to close the deal
  • Prioritize work as per the monthly sales plan and agreed targets
  • Facilitate signing of contract and receive down payment from customer / financing partner
  • Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.
