- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- The awareness of Saudi building codes.
- Experience in building systems design (Plumping, Drainage, HVAC)-Ability to visit, review, and solve under-construction works.
- The ability to work on various types of projects including residential, governmental, industrial, etc.-Mandatory AutoCAD, Revit, HAP.
- Proficiency, and awareness of BIM standards
- Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external client communication
